Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully before using the Zairu browser extension and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zairu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Zairu is a productivity and efficiency tool that assists with repetitive browser tasks under your supervision. It does not solve CAPTCHAs; when a verification appears it stops and alerts you.

3. Accounts, Licenses and Devices

• You must sign in with a Google account to use Zairu.
• A license can be registered on up to 3 devices (browsers) and can run on up to 2 of them at the same time.
• Device registrations stay until you reset them: logging out or reinstalling does not free a slot. You can reset all registered devices once per month (the right renews on the 1st at 00:00 GMT+3); a reset signs out every device, including the current one, and each device must sign in again.
• Licenses are personal. Sharing or reselling keys or accounts, or trying to bypass the device limits, may result in termination without refund.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the Zairu source code.

4. Usage and Compliance

Zairu is provided 'as is'. Although we build safety features such as Paranoid Mode, you are responsible for using the tool in line with the terms of any third-party platform (such as Discord and OwO).

• The tool is meant to help legitimate users, not to enable spam or malicious activity.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, and we cannot guarantee that your account will never be restricted or banned. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Payments and Refunds

Zairu is sold by subscription through Patreon or other providers. Refunds are generally not provided for partial periods unless a technical error on our side prevents access.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
